Timber & Grain started in 2018 with a simple idea: great coffee doesn't need to be complicated. We source beans directly from farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, roast them in our Portland workshop, and serve them in our cozy cafe on Evergreen Terrace. Every cup tells a story — from the farm to your hands.
